A simple savoury oatmeal with eggs and spinach is the breakfast you didn’t know you needed in your life .
2 table spoons of coconut oil
1/2 medium yellow onion,chopped
2 cups baby spinach
2 eggs pouched
Heat oil in medium high , add onions and cook , until tender.Stir in oats ; cook 1minute .Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, until oats are tender.Remove from heat .
Add pouched eggs and baby spinach on the top sprinkle evenly salt and pepper.
