Breakfast 

Paneer and Albumin smoothie 

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese 30grams 
Egg albumin powder 15grams 
Vanilla essence few drops 
Dark chocolate powder 5grams
Stevia sugar free powder to taste 

Cream 200ml 
Chilled water 

Method:

Grate cottage cheese 
Blend the grated cheese with all the other ingredients using ice cubes till smooth.serve chilled.

Breakfast 

Paneer smoothie 

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese 50grams
Vanilla essence few drops
Peanut butter 10grams 
Dark chocolate powder 5grams 
Stevia sugar free powder 5grams
Cinnamon powder 2grams
Chilled water

Method:

Grate the cottage cheese from the finest side of the grater . Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

Breakfast 

Spinach and Garlic Stuffed Omelette 

Ingredients:

Eggs 4
Spinach 200grams 
Garlic 5grams salt to taste (pink salt)
Oregano 1/2tsp
Coconut oil45ml

Method:

Wash spinach several times and chop it roughly 
Heat oil and add finely chopped garlic. Once it turns golden, add spinach, oregano and salt. Cook till water evaporates. 
Make a plain omelette and place this filling in the middle of the omelette. Then fold one side over, then the other side, and roll the omelette out of the pan.

Breakfast 

Creamy Cashews Curry

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Olive oil or Coconut oil
1-2 Cup Chopped Onions 
1 -2 Clove Garlic Minced 
1 Tap Grated Ginger Freshly 
2 1/2 Cups Of Cashew Paste In 500 Ml Water 
1/2 Cups Roasted Cashews For Garnishing
4 Cups Chopped Vegetables Like Cauliflower, Green Beans , Broccoli, Mushrooms Salt To Taste.

Method:

Sauté Onions In Oil For 5 Mins In Low Flame And Add Ginger And Garlic.
Add Curry Powder And Cashews Paste Mixing Well Simmer For 5 Mins.Finally Add Cashew Along With Vegetables Add To The Mixture.
Cover And Shimmer Until Vegetables Are Tender,about 8 To 10 Minutes.
Salt To Taste, Serve Over Rice
