Tips to maintain healthy skin :

  • Sleep Well - Minimum 7 hours of sleep a day is good.

  • Drink a lot of water.

  • Consume a balanced diet.

  • Avoid exposure of skin to extreme cold, heat and wind.

  • Anti-inflammatory foods and foods with probiotics to strengthen your immune system are frequently part of a diet that promotes skin health.

  • High protein, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C content maintains the strength and health of your skin.

  • Properly nourishing your body from the inside out to achieve the healthy, radiant & youthful skin we all want. This healthy view of treating skin is something I advise all of my clients with skin issues on a daily basis, particularly those suffering from skin concerns such as acne, dermatitis, eczema & rosacea.
